Directions:

Apply temple to temple and the back of the neck.

Cautions: 

Use as needed, up to 3 x a day. Avoid the eyes. Not recommended during pregnancy or if nursing, or for children under the age of 10 years. Store away from children. For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
